I am very new to Quickfile. Linked my VirginMoney Business account successfully i.e. my account shows up in the Quickfile phone and in Desktop apps. However, there are no transactions showing in the apps. I have gone through as many posts in the community but can’t find a solution to my problem. Please advise.
I can see on your account you have a virgin banking the banking screen.
You need to connect to your bank and authorise us access to allow transactions to be downloaded.

Hi Steve, Thank you for your advice. I had read all the guidance, but the problem was on my Bank’s side. Sorted now, and appears connected. Waiting for recent transactions to appear.

Bank transactions are usually imported overnight.
You can refresh up to 21 days worth of historical transactions via Banking > Active Feed > Refresh
Same problem - software says “No Connectivity”. Virgin Money has moved to be owned by Nationwide so I wonder if that has changed things.

Have you tried revoking the feed in the Banking > Open banking feeds screen then reconnecting it?

On my Bank mobile I can see a Money IN transaction dated 2 April that doesn’t show in Quickfile
Refreshed again moving date backwards and it appeared
