Newly registered but unable to access my account

Hello there,

Hoping someone can help. I am new to Quickfile and created my account yesterday. However, when I tried to login today, I receive the following notification:

Please check your inbox

We have sent you information on your account(s). Please now choose from one of the following options…
Return to the homepage
Search the QuickFile Forum
Search the QuickFile Knowledgebase

The problem is, I haven’t received anything to my inbox (I have checked my Junk folder) and it would appear that I am unable to login. Was I supposed to receive a verification email to activate my account?

Hi Rachel,

I think you’re trying to log in on the main home page of Quick File.

When you need to access your account, you should access it through the web address you specified when you signed up. For example, companyname.quickfile.co.uk

However, you should also receive an email when you entered it on the home page. Did you receive the initial ‘welcome’ email?
