A few weeks ago the behaviour on the Receipt Hub changed. Instead of the receipt automatically moving onto the next one when it was created, it stayed open on the page and this was very useful for me whilst I jumped into the bank feed to find it and reconcile it. The I could select the button on the receipt hub “next receipt”
This behaviour has now reverted back to automatically showing the next receipt and I wonder if there is any setting I can change to bring that behaviour back?
I don’t know whether anyone else has raised this and it seems quite trivial but was very useful especially when I’m doing landlords accounts.
Fast tagging is the feature you are referring to. Already mentioned it not working a couple of times but no-one has acknowledged the issue yet.
Maybe they have “fixed” this issue by just enabling it regardless? First step is check your account settings page for the “Fast Tag” button and check to see if it is turned on?
