No admin rights


I think there may be something wrong with the permissions on my account. I set up the account with a single user (it was the only email user I had created on my domain at the time) and this is still the one I use. However, I find there are things I cannot do such as create new team members, clear my account etc
Am I being an idiot (entirely possible) or is there an issue?

There are definitely two users on your account. Judging by the name it could be your partner (same surname) and it’s this person that has the admin rights.

If you ask that person to log into QuickFile they can pass the admin rights back to you in the team section.

So I am an idiot, always handy to have it independently verified! Thanks
