No more bank feed

My bank feed was working perfectly fine right up until 12 July 2019 and now no more :man_shrugging:
What do I need to do ?

Sorry you are having trouble. Please could you give us a little more information?

Is it a Yodlee feed or an Open banking feed and which bank is it with?

Hi @A_MTradeServices

If it’s a current account, chances are there’s an Open Banking feed for it. I would encourage you to change it to an Open Banking feed.

If you disconnect the Yodlee feed by going to More Options >> Bank Feed Details >> Remove Feed.

Then you should be able to activate the Open Banking feed. Once you’ve done this, you will also be able to pull in missing transactions up to 28 days prior to it being activated.
