No VAT number

I need to update an account but do not yet have the VAT number
The Vat is not calculating
Do I have to redo the accounts when the Vat number arrives

Hello @DinahJones

You can just enter a dummy number or “NUMBER PENDING” in the vat number box.

(Please be aware that depending on your invoice customisation that it may be shown on the invoices)

You can then update the accounts and update the vat number once you receive it

That is okay as it is till takings
