Not able to print an invoice

Hi

I am not able to print an invoice (generate a pdf) from …/sales/preview?invoiceID=… site.

The Print button opens a new tab but I see a blank screen only (Google Chrome [Version 63.0.3239.132 (Official Build) (64-bit)]) or GENERATING INVOICE gif (Firefox Quantum [58.0.1 (64-bit)]).

It works for Microsoft Edge (current ver).

Can you please check your pdf generators.

I’ve just tested this on my end with Chrome (also version 63.0.3239.132), and also with FireFox and it’s generated the PDF all OK.

You mention with Chrome that you see a blank screen, do you see the “Generating PDF” notice before hand?

Yes, I do see "Generating PDF” notice.

and it stays black.
F5 does not help.

I can you provide you on PM my links for tests.
