Number of ledger entries not reached, poweruser obligatory request monit

Hi.
I have done Account Wipe Procedure with all options:

  • Delete purchase invoices
  • Delete sales invoices
  • Delete suppliers
  • Delete customers

So my account should be totally empty (I noticed this also cleans all the transactions between accounts).

Then I imported:
122 sales
96 purchases
33 clients
8 transactions Account A
44 transactions Account B
39 transactions Account C
2 transactions Account D

Total number: 344.

After this I got monit about buying power user account if I want to continue using Quick File.

When I get into Usage report:
Nominal Distribution, Ledger Count = 0
Activity by Date, Ledger Count = 0

Is this some kind of bug?

The nominal ledger count refreshes once every 2-3 days. If you could confirm the last 3 digits of your account number, I’ll manually refresh this for you now

I’ve taken a look at that account, and manually refreshed the entry count for you, but it’s still over the 1,000. I can see you have a deferral active, so you can view the breakdown of these entries by going to Account Settings >> All Settings >> Account Usage Report.

This will break it down day-by-day and nominal-by-nominal for you.
