Hi the power user has expired on my old account we now have a new account how do i view my old records ,we were told the old account would remain dormant but we would be able to log on from time to time to view old records ie for HMRC is that correct .

Accounts with 1,000+ nominal ledger entries require a subscription to continue using QuickFile.
If you do not wish to renew be sure to take a backup of your data prior to the subscription expiring, this give you all the ledger records in CSV format in case you need to view them.
Once the postings in the last rolling 12 months fall below the threshold the account would revert back to the free tier.

So if i renew now we have not posted for the last 6 months when this expires will the records remain to be viewed ? with out down loading .
