I have some small debt amounts older than 7 years, how can I remove them from quickfile?
Purchase invoices over 7 years.

You would have to raise a credit for it (open the invoice > More Options > Credit Note).
Example
You could use an overhead code to write it off or a purchase code to offset your purchases.
You can create a new code for them if you wish in your overheads.
