I’m sorry I am having real problems over the least 2 days trying to raise and send invoices, I have posted a couple of issues this morning and now I’m finding when logging on and an email is sent to my inbox it has 2 accounts showing i.e. owner and client. not sure why i’m being asked if i’m a client and then it won’t let me log into owner just keeps taking me to 1 client account. Please help this is driving me mad! Thanks

It sounds like you have also used your email address, which is used for your quickfile account, for a client account.

On the thread below you mentioned you did a test email to yourself.
If you have added your email you use for QuickFile to a clients account you will be logging into the clients view

With the above in mind, I have edited email address on your client accounts below to test@test.com.
You should now be able to log into your account successfully.
Please log off and back on
You can also amend the email addresses on the clients to their correct addresses
