Hi I am having difficulty enabling open banking feeds with my zempler account. I have linked my account but when i try to activate feed i get this message every time, at all times of day. I have contacted Zempler who say there is not an issue their side, the issue is with the accounting software. Please advise.

Another customer had a similar issue, the development team have contacted Zempler to try and resolve the issue but as of yet we have not heard anything back from them.

We just heard back from Zempler and the issue should be resolved now.
