Open Banking with Monzo

Hello
I have tried accessing new transactions of my Monzo bank account using Monzo’s open banking feed. However, no new transactions show up. Could anyone help me here?

Hello Ben

I can see on your bank activity there are several transactions which came from the feed the latest of which was yesterday.

However you bank feeds free trial ended on 03/11/2022.

Alternatively you can download a bank statement manually and import it into Quick File

Thanks so much for your quick and helpful reply! Good to hear that you can see the transactions.
I have never been able to see my transactions under “purchases” which I made before my trial period ended. Am I looking at the wrong place or doing something wrong?

Hello Ben

A bank feed is an import for your back transactions onto your bank account in QuickFile (much like a bank statement). Only fully cleared transactions will be imported.

Once imported you can then Tag the transactions to pay off your Purchases
