But when I try to set it up here, I receive a message to say that the email address is the same, which means I can’t proceed to register. Can I overcome this and if so, how? Many thanks.
Use a different email address, or use Affinity.

Further to what @Lurch has said each email used for log in purposes needs to be unique as it is essentially a username so you can’t use it to access two separate accounts.
