Opening balance using quickfile

Hi I just started using quickfile recently.
My company year is 1 Jan to 31 Dec.
i would like to use quickfile for 2019 year accounting, but how do i enter the correct opening balance
from 2018 accounts?

What did you use for the 2018 accounts? Was it another software package for example?

Hi Beth, i import the CSV trial balance to quickfile, but it only shows 3 figures instead of all figures, i.e. sales , purchases and exchange gains? whats wrong with it?

If you click on your avatar in the top right corner and then click the little envelope, you will see all your messages there.
