I have set up Quickfiles and everything is working except the opening Balance for our savings accounts is sitting in suspense. I tried to journal it the first account by journaling it to retained profit but it keeps saying error?

When you enter an opening balance the other side of the transaction is posted to suspense.
Once you have entered all your opening balances they should net off in the suspense account.
