Opening Balances Not Included On Dashboard Figures

Ive in the opening balances as a journal including creditors & Debtors

The figures are showing on the trial balance but not included in the money owed boxes on the dashboard

Is there a reason for this?

Hi @Kenny

The “Money owed to you” only takes into account sales invoices.

There may be an alternative way of setting your account up, such as creating dummy invoices for this amount, which would also allow you to tag the payments when they arrive.
