I set up some payments in to auto tag, this was fine until I became vat registered and now need to change this to have vat on.
Is there a quick way to bulk UNTAG all the ones that are wrong rather than one by one?
How do I change it so it stops auto tagging these transactions?

I’m afraid there is no bulk untag option at this time. I’m happy to convert this to a feature request and if it becomes a popular request we can look at this further.
You can remove any unwanted tagging rules in Banking >> Bank Tagging Rules.
Bulk untag would be a useful feature
I’m pleased to say that bulk detagging on the bank is now supported.
All you need to do is select a number of tagged items and the “Tag Selected” button will change to “Detag Selected”.
