If you are seeing a message stating that your browser is outdated even though you are using Internet Explorer 10 (IE10) or higher, this is likely due to your browser running in an earlier compatibility mode. Have a look at the guide here for steps on resolving this problem.

After you have done that go to the link below which will show your “user agent”. You should see MSIE 10.0 not MSIE 7.0/8.0.
