Hi, we’ve got a client who is leaving us, but he would like to continue using Quickfile. The account has been set up by us and we have a affinity account. The client has access to Quickfile as a “team member”. If I go and “detach” the client’s profile, will it automatically change the ownership of the account from us to them and will they from then on be responsible for paying the subscription? Thank you
Under team management you should see that your Affinity account is listed as the administrator - click the 
icon to modify the client’s own team member account and promote that to be the administrator, then you can safely detach the profile from your Affinity dashboard.
