Page loading very slow again

I have experienced very slow loading times again on invoice screens, exact same issue as previously discussed here Need for speed! - Pages slow loading - Support - QuickFile

Approx waiting time for page to load is around 40 secs

I have just logged into your account and tested some of the screens.

Approx waiting time for page to load is around 1-2 seconds

  • Are you using a VPN?, do you get the same issue with it turned off?
  • Are you seeing this on any particular screen?
  • Are you seeing this on the mobile app or a web browser or both?
  • If you are using a PC do you get the same issue on your mobile phones web browser?

Hi Steve, it can be 1-2 seconds for me also on some occasions, however intermittently throughout the day I am experiencing these issues.

I dont use a VPN
Occurs on Estimates and Sales screens
Normally use Microsoft Edge browser
We dont use Quickfile on mobile phones

I have cleared the cache and cookies on Edge, this didnt resolve the issue, I will however test out on Chrome and see if the issue occurs on this browser.

If you can, I would also recommend testing it out on a mobile phone browser using mobile data (to rule out the hardware and network).

Also we have had no other performance related issues reported today.
