Paper Direct Debit Mandates

I have had a request to also provide a direct debit facility that uses the old-fashioned paper mandates.

How are these customers direct debit staus managed in Quickfile?

They are not managed by Quick File directly but via GoCardless. I am not sure if they provide a paper service but I would contact them (help@gocardless.com) for further advice.

I have spoken to them in the past and paper DD instructions were not accepted by GoCadless.

If you have a customer that requires two signatures to approve a mandate request, they still have to complete the online process but have the option to download and sign/return a paper mandate too.
