Hi, I have a large estimate which we are invoicing in stages.
I would like to convert the estimate and tweak it for the parts where the work is complete.
How do I then invoice the rest of the work when that is completed.

Estimates can not be converted into invoices in parts.
When an estimate is converted you can choose to create a draft invoice for the full value of the estimate which you can modify or send it in full
