Part Paying Invoices

Hi, Does anyone know the best way to pay of a percentage of an invoice.

I have about 20 invoices and the client has paid a 25% deposit in 1 payment for all of them, its extremely time consuming to go into each individual invoice and work out what 25% is and pay that. Is there a way to just select all 20 invoices and spread the payment between them??

Hi @charlotte, there’s no functionality in QuickFile allowing to apportion such lump partial payment to number of invoices therefore in this particular scenario you’ll have to deal with each invoice individually.
