Are you aware that GoCardless now allows the partial refunding of payments?
I have refunded 4 of our clients and would be interested in how I should deal with these?
From QF documentation all that is required is a manual adjustment via a credit note. Is that right?

I personally wasn’t aware of the GoCardless refund option, but my colleagues are (just me then!). I believe this is a GoCardless Pro feature?
If it’s just a refund against a customer invoice, then creating a credit note should be fine.
We are not registered as a GoCardless Pro customer. I can only assume that this feature is now standard.
Glad to make use of this as it takes half the time to manage.
NB. PayPal has had partial payment refunds for some time so GoCardless is only keeping up.
