We have created most of our clients on QF via our Affinity account and we are admin users, the client is then added as a team member Useful for creating and adding links to reports and then client can see these too.
One of our clients set up QF himself and we are added as agent but how does he now transfer admin rights to us via our Affinity account?

This is something you would need the client to do as they are currently set as admin,
The Admin (Client in this case) would mark agent user as admin in Account Settings > Team Management
The would then get a warning message
