Password reset not working?

Have requested a password reset but nothing is coming through. Also, the contact form seems to be broken - it says that message must be more than 10 characters even though I’ve typed a few sentences.

I tested the contact us form but couldn’t replicate that problem.

I see a password reset was processed at 13:11. Have you received this? Have you checked your spam filter?

Can’t see anything in any spam folders unfortunately. Can you do a manual reset at your end with a temp password?
