Password reset

I have had to erase everything from my MacBook and reinstall everything. This means I have lost my auto login details on the MacBook but not on my iPhone.
How can I find the login details please?

If you’re syncing your iPhone keychain via iCloud then you may be able to dig out the password from the iCloud keychain on your MacBook using Keychain Access.

If you are unsure on how to find the URL to log in you can do this by entering your email here: Find your QuickFile Account

This will then send you an email with your company log in link. You can then use Ian’s method to retrieve your password if you don’t know it. Or you may need to reset it. You can either do this using the forgotten password link or once logged into QuickFile on your phone you can change it there
