Pay link missing

Hi,
My PDF invoices used to include a clickable “Pay Online” link. Since experimenting with invoice CSS and styles, the original layout has been restored but the PDF payment link is no longer visible.

- Online Payment Visibility is unticked

  • Client has a contact name and email
  • GoCardless is active and works in the online invoice
  • I’m using a standard style from the gallery

Any clue how to get it back? GoCardless is there and the Payment Visibility is there on the Invoice Settings.

Dis you manage to resolve this?

I just logged in and viewed your first invoice and the payment link is there.

Note the payment link will not show on the invoice entry screen, only the generatedPDF

Ah thank you! My client had said it was not available to them, and I was so sure I had seen it on the invoice entry screen.

I’ll check in with them, as I can view it is as you’ve shown too.
