I have a journal entry which looks like this:
The biggest disadvantage is that this journal entry does not balance with current account, which means I can see more money on my current account than it should be. How can I fix it?

When you tag the actual bank payments where this salary is paid out I believe this should debit net wages, which balances the credit in the journal.
