I am changing banks and the existing direct debit to pay QuickFile has been cancelled. Go Card has been informed. I see no option on any screen to provide QuickFile with new bank details.
If you have cancelled the direct debit then you should be able to set a new one up with your new details. There isn’t a way to amend an existing direct debit
I have cancelled the direct debit with the old bank so you won’t get paid if you try and take payment. But I can see no way of cancelling and to set up a new one on my Affinity account. Please tell me how.
