Payment log help

My bank roll feed got all messed up and was no use so i decided to delete it, and it consquently deleted all my archived invoices i have now retrieved all the archived invoices but all the payment logs that were allocated to them have gone! i have a back up does anyone how to get the invoice paid etc details back allocated to these invoices. many thanks.

i have gone into “sales” and under “view payments” i can see all the logged payments in the deleted section but there is no way to resore them.

Unfortunately deleted payments can’t be restored. However what I would suggest you do is upload your bank statement again and match the payments back to the invoices (which are now reverted to unpaid).

I see you have around 50 such invoices so it shouldn’t take too long to match the uploaded bank statement items to the invoices.

In each case just click the red Tag Me! button, select payment from a customer and you should have a matching invoice you can click to allocate the payment to that invoice. You can change the search range in the drop down menu if the invoice date differs to the bank receipt date by more than 1 month.
