I started the year thinking that my transactions would not exceed 1,000 transactions but this has now been exceeded with 4 months to go. I had a notification pop up when I last logged onto Quickfile advising that I had exceeded 1,000 and that I could defer the payment for 14 days which I duly did. Now I can make the payment but cannot find anywhere in Quickfile that it will let me pay the £60+VAT. How do I make this payment please?
Hello @MartinJ
You will be prompted for payment when the deferral period ends.
Or you can click on your company name at the top of the screen > Services / Subscriptions > Update or add a new subscription and choose the Power User Subscription (Bank Feeds is optional).
Thanks Steve
I have found the option to buy a power user subscription but it is only for £27.65 and underneath it says Pro rata (170 days). Is this the option I should tick in the checkbox (it’s not the £60..)? If I only pay a pro rata rate then presumably when it expires, in May 2026, I will pay the £60. Correct?
Even though I’ve deferred, can I make this Pro rata payment now?
Thanks

Correct, if there’s the pro rata option it implies you already have a bank feeds subscription ending in May 2026, we just align the end dates so they both end together.
So in may you would be charged the normal £60+vat and £15+vat for bank feeds (if you decide to resubscribe to both).

Yes thats fine, you can if you wish.
