When you edit the payment terms within the invoice customisation area and save the system will not retrospectively update all existing invoices. The payment terms however will be included on any invoices raised thereafter.
Hi - it was a new invoice but using an old template (redesigned around 3 weeks ago). Does it matter that i used the ‘copy’ button?

Oh ok, in that case it will just make a direct copy of the old invoice, if the payment terms were empty on the old one it will be a straight carbon copy.
The payment terms were populated on the old one… always have been. It’s only the last few weeks that I have noticed that they were missing - ever since I upgraded the template.

I’m looking at invoice #000102 that you created by copying #000072. There’s definitely no payment terms on #000072.
