I want to delete a CR note but can’t , following message when I try to delte

Payments could not be deleted as they are either Refunded payments or Credit notes.

Its possible the credit note has been used against another invoice (ie the funds were held on the account and then used to pay an outstanding balance). Where the funds have been used elsewhere would need to be altered first
