Payments from Stripe Gets Recorded Twice

So I use stripe and made a merchant acccount from stripe and imported all sales that went trought stripe and tagged them, and made invoices.

Now the thing is already showing as profit from that, but the payments are coming to my bank account which maked them double.

How can i mark that now, what should i do?

As a transfer would be my guess.

Thanks i solved this, as i tagged all sales and made an invoices in My stripe merch acc, in which i imported just sales since payouts were deposited in my bank account, than from bank account i tagged all payouts from stripe as Transfer between bank accounts
