Paypal Error Message

We have had two payments from customers making payment through paypal, giving them an error message saying that there is a Null value, I have spoken to Paypal and they said that the problem should be on the quick file side, we have had payments go through int he past but it appears that when a payment is over £1000 it gives this error message… Can you help

It may have been there a while as I doubt we process many payments on PayPal in excess of £1,000 (the fees must be astronomical!). My suspicion from what you’ve mentioned is that it’s an unescaped comma (thousands separation).

For now you can just manually flag the invoice as paid, make sure to allocate the payment to the PayPal merchant account.

I’ve passed this to my colleague for immediate attention tomorrow morning.
