Paypal Feed Intermittent

HI There,
I usually tag daily each morning, my first job as I manually add my Amazon and Bank.

Last week one morning my Paypal feed hadn’t worked. I tried a manual refresh and nothing came in.
I added them manually but didn’t tag, checked all my settings, seemed fine so thought I’d wait and see if it happened again.
The day after the feed worked, imported the previous 2 days in one go, and I had to delete the manual entries.
All seemed back to normal.

This morning same again. The 13/2 transactions haven’t been imported. Tried refresh and it has just imported 3 from 14/2 that came in overnight.

I’m going to leave until tomorrow and see if it catches up again.

Any tips or help welcome.

Is there anything different or unusual about the missing transactions? For example, are they in a different currency?

No. All standard stuff. My typical day on Paypal is 4-8 sales, 95% domestic.

I’m sorry to say that there is a slight delay on the PayPal feed this morning. By midday it should have fully completed across all accounts. After this time we can take a look at your account to see what the situation is.

In the mean time I will send you a private message to get some more info.
