Paypal Feed Missing Withdrawal

We import our PayPal feed directly into Quickfile. For some reason, one of the withdrawals from our Paypal account to our HSBC account didn’t get logged into the feed. Can anyone advise why this transaction would have been skipped by the auto feed?

If you go to your bank overview screen and click “feed settings” on your PayPal account, it’ll reveal an option to enable/disable this:
