Paypal Link on Invocie

I need to put the link on to our customer invoices, for them to make Paypal payments, but when I attached the Paypal link on the invoice, it doesn’t show as a web link. The customer would have to copy and paste the link to get into our Paypal. Can this be done?
I currently pdf our customer invoices and then email them other, not sure if this is why it doesn’t work?

Hi,
If you have Paypal enabled on your quickfile account, you can tick a box in your clients settings to get the link on the invoice and they would be able to pay over their quickfile page as well.

Hope that does the trick

Our Clients don’t have a quickfile page, we just email the invoice over so I was hoping the Paypal link would show on the invoice, and then all they have to do is click the link when they open the pdf invoice and it takes them directly there. Can this be done? Paypal is enabled, do I have to put the Paypal link somewhere. I have tried to copy and paste the link, but it doesn’t appear as a weblink

Hi,
you could add a link in your invoice footer but it depends on the pdf reader/software your client is using, and what settings are enabled or not, whether he/she can open that link or not.

The link you can add to the footer should look like https://paypal.me (with your own paypal details). Add your link into that snip (below) and paste it to the footer in your invoice customisation. But remember, that would be shown on all invoices.
Pay via Paypal by clicking here

You can also change the visible text.

Hope this helps
