How do i get the accounts to pick up USD Payments?
Each bank account within QuickFile can only support one currency, so there’s one of two things you can do here:
- Record the $25.48 as its equivalent GBP value - PayPal should be able to confirm this, if not now, in a few days
- Set up a second PayPal account on QuickFile which has the currency of USD
Either would be acceptable, but it really depends on you and your preference. Some users prefer the multi-currency approach to see exactly what they have, whereas some are happy with a GBP overview.

So i should enter in quickfile the converted amount?
As I said above, the choice is yours really. Do you have many USD transactions? If so, perhaps the dedicated account would be more beneficial. If you ony have one or two per month, then recording them as their GBP equivalent would probably be more suited.
