Anyone else have this problem? If a customer uses the paypal pay-online option, VAT is being added again to the total invoice amount.
I believe this is an account level option on PayPal’s side.
If you log into PayPal, go to Profile in the top right corner, next to Log out, and select Profile and Settings, select My selling preferences from the left menu, and click Update next to VAT.
I believe PayPal uses the figures you input here. We send the full amount to PayPal, so nothing should be added once the user clicks the “Pay” button.
