PayPal payments appearing in wrong account?

Hello there,

I have a strange problem occurring when a customer pays by Paypal. We have a bank account for reconciling incoming cheques and for some reason every time a customer makes a paypal payment the payment entry ends up in the cheque account. I have checked for a tagging rule but I cannot see anything related to paypal. Any ideas what might be causing this so i can stop it?

If you go to Account Settings > Online Payment Integration, just check the deposit account for PayPal.

Is it only the one customer this happens for?

Thank you - I had not thought to look there but you were spot on.

It was happening to all customers.
