It isn’t letting me tag some paypal debits as refunds. It says No qualifying sales invoice could be found to refund against. Make sure the corresponding invoice has been logged before you attempt to process this refund… I have checked them and they are definitely refunds.
This basically means that for the client you’re attempting to tag the refund for there are no previous sales invoices that are equal to or greater than the refund value. Instead manually create an invoice, enter a negative value and pay into the PayPal account, then all you need to do is delete the duplicate.
