I have Paypal integrated in to Quickfile. All my transactions look ok, although I’ve not reconciled them as yet.
I have found that my withdrawals to bank from Paypal do not show up in Quickfile, leaving a rather large notional balance showing.
Do I have to add withdrawals manually?
You can add them manually, but there is an option to filter these out.
Under the bank accounts option, if you scroll down to your paypal account and select ‘Feed Settings’, you should see this screen:
Simply tick/untick the box highlighted. This will only work for new transactions going forward and won’t work backwards.
In that case, what you should do is in your bank account, where you have the transfers in/out, tag them as a transfer to the PayPal account and hopefully that’ll clear up the balance.
