For the last week or so, generating PDF’s from invoice, estimate screens etc is taking a very long time, is this an issue you are aware of?, I have tried different browsers with the same results.
It’s always slow on the first day and first working day of the month, as naturally there are hugely more recurring invoices that go out on that day compared to any other day in the month and the load on the database is disproportionately high.
It was slow every day last week, I will monitor throughout this week and see if there is any improvement, based upon your reply, there should be.
No improvement on this, it takes between 8-12 seconds to load, on average 10 seconds, it usually takes around 3-4 seconds, are you saying 12 seconds is now normal?
