Phone number and email address not appearing on invoice

Hi,

Even though I have our phone number and email address set up in Company Details, they are not appearing underneath our address on invoices or estimates.

This means I’m going to have to add them elsewhere if this can’t be rectified.

Have you ticked these 2 boxes under ‘Invoice Customisation’?

Thanks - no I hadn’t as I want the phone number to appear with the senders address as shown in your screen shot. Ticking those two boxes adds them with the issue date, invoice number & due date which to me is the wrong place.

Why aren’t they appearing automatically where shown in the screen shot?
