Where viewing a purchase, there’s a section near the bottom for file attachments. For each file already uploaded in this section, there’s a red cross icon (for deleting the file) and a magnifying glass icon (for viewing the file) and they are very close together. I have on a few occasions clicked on the red cross when I meant to click on the magnifying glass. And even though there’s a pop-up to ask you if you want to delete, I’ve been too quick with my mouse and clicked yes to confirm deletion. And of course, once deleted, there’s no way to get the file back. Total user error, I know, but I do wonder whether it would be more user-friendly if these two icons are not so close together. Perhaps make the file name clickable to view and do away with the magnifying glass? Just a suggestion. May be other ways to make accidental deletion less likely.
