Not understanding how the system works, I posted all the transactions from put community association for the last few years; this of course exceed the limit for not being charged to use the service. As we have very few transactions per month I should have just loaded the last financial year. I got an extension to my service to get it sorted but due to work commitments never got around to it. Can someone clear the transactions & I’ll start again or give me another shot at deleting the records & get back to a non-charging status?

It is may not the best idea and behaviour and you were may looking for a better solution but you could open an completely new account, with a new email address, and start from scratch.
