I have been told that I need a Power Use Subscription - probably because I have been uploading many little inc=voice amounts.
The sign up was deferred for 2 weeks - If I don’t subscribe will I lose free access?

I’ve taken a look at the account associated with your email address, and can see that you have 1,182 ledger entries which have been created in the last 12 months. Accounts with 1,000+ nominal ledger entries require a subscription to continue using QuickFile, which is why you are seeing the notification regarding the charge.
You can however defer this for 14 days if you haven’t done so already (there’s an option on the payment screen for this), which will give you 14 days free access. In this time, I recommend taking a look at the following guides and checking out the ledger count, so you can see how this is broken down for your account:

Hi, thanks for all the information i will have a look. Yes i think that i have been adding a lot of receipts, only for small amounts but quite a lot of them which has reached the limit.
I did defer the account for 14 days but that lasts until tomorrow i just wondered if i still have access to that data after this week as i have not added much since i was told i needed subscription.

All accounts over 1000 nominal postings in a 12 month period need a Power User Subscription retain access.
If your account drops below the threshold you will revert back to the free tier and access is restored.
